Job summary

TravelXchange International Pty Ltd is seeking a Duty Manager for Willunga Hotel, a heritage pub in South Australia. You will oversee the hotel on shift, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure service and presentation standards across bars, dining, gaming, functions and our beer garden.

We value reliability, staff leadership, calmness under pressure and willingness to train others. Flexible to full-time or high-hours casual, with owners providing hands-on support.

Qualifications

• Leadership and front-of-house oversight experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and staff management capability.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions during busy periods.
