Artemus Group is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a high-energy hospitality venue in Sydney. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver memorable guest experiences, and drive growth during an exciting expansion phase.

You will oversee rostering, training, and ensure compliance while cultivating a collaborative, inclusive culture that fuels exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-volume hospitality venues including live entertainment or family-friendly offerings.
• Strong leadership to build and inspire a high-performing team.
• Passion for live music, entertainment and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
• Focus on customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Understanding of venue compliance and licensing.
• Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience rostering, training and team development.
