Job summary

Felons Barrel Hall in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coach a frontline team, and ensure seamless guest experiences across busy shifts. You will manage wages, wastage, and stock presentation while upholding safety standards, acting as a brand ambassador with strong knowledge of our brewery story.

RSA is required, and availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venue.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and lead from the front.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Current RSA.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Coach and support Food & Beverage Supervisors/Attendants to perform at their best
