Job summary

SIXT Australia is seeking a Full-Time Duty Manager at the Gold Coast Airport to lead frontline and back-of-house teams, drive sales, and ensure seamless operations that deliver outstanding customer experiences. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will manage fleet availability, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and resolve customer inquiries while maintaining high service standards.

YOUR SKILLS

• Sales Talent: You are motivated, enjoy direct customer service and are a true sales talent.
• Industry Experience: You bring valuable experience in areas such as sales, customer service or tourism. Experience in vehicle rental industry is desirable but not essential.
• Supervisory and Communication Skills: You possess strong leadership and supervisory skills, strong communication skills, and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Organisation and Customer Service: You are highly organised, have a service-oriented mindset and excel in customer service.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
