Little Creatures has been a Fremantle staple for over 25 years, and this next chapter means a lot to us. What the Role Looks Like:

This isn’t a clipboard‑and‑watch-from-the-sidelines kind of role. You’ll be on the floor, with the team, setting the tone for each shift.You’ll be:

• Leading service with confidence and common sense

• Supporting the team and helping them grow
• Managing day‑to‑day operations with a level head
• Creating a warm, relaxed experience for guests not robotic, just real
