Operating within a complex 24-hour environment, the role coordinates frontline operations across Visitor Hospitality, Lang Walker Academy and Powerhouse Residencies, ensuring visitors, guests, residents and students receive a safe, welcoming and consistent experience. The role responds to operational issues, incidents and visitor enquiries, coordinates frontline staff and contractor activities, supports operational readiness and works collaboratively with Security, Facilities, Programming, Events and Hospitality teams to maintain service continuity.
