The Duty Manager will be responsible for supporting the Front Office Manager in the daily operations of the Front Office including greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information to local area attractions, administration, as well as managing any guest issues that may arise. The Duty Manager will also The successful candidate will also be responsible for building, developing, training and leading a team proactively to promote high levels of customer service. In this unique position you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our Sales & Marketing teams to introduce Guests to our Vacation Ownership product, Club Wyndham.
