Job summary

Trader Dukes Caboolture is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our management team in Caboolture, QLD. This permanent full-time role reports to the Venue Manager and focuses on leading a high‑performing team, elevating customer experience, and ensuring a compliant hotel operation.

The ideal candidate will have proven hospitality management experience, current RSA/RSG/RMLV certificates and an Approved Managers Licence, with a hands-on approach and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hospitality management with at least 12 months experience.
• RSA, RSG, RMLV certificates and Approved Managers Licence held.
• Ability to engage with the community and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Outgoing and energetic personality with strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to implement and adhere to policies and procedures.

The Fortitudo Group has a portfolio of seven hotels, along with three attached drive-thru bottle shops and a network of detached bottle shops. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for an up and coming independently owned hospitality group that values and nurtures their employees to maximise performance and personal growth.

About the role

This is a permanent full-time role that reports directly to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the team culture, customer experience and the compliant operation of the hotel.

• Proven success in a hospitality management role, with at least 12 months experience
• Current RSA, RSG, RMLV Certificates and Approved Managers Licence
• Previous experience in a suburban pub advantageous
• Ability to engage with the community and drive exceptional customer experiences
• Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
• The ability to implement and adhere to policies and procedures
• Reliable and excellent personal presentation
• Enthusiastic with a genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work within it
• Your drive to deliver a consistent high level of customer experience will be the key within this role.
