Qualifications

• Proven venue management experience (12+ months)
• Currently holds RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Gaming Nominee licences
• Ability to lead, train and direct staff across departments

Trader Dukes Caboolture is seeking a dynamic Venue Manager to lead our venue and management team!

We are currently seeking a passionate & proactive Venue Manager to join our team located in Caboolture. The successful applicant will need to have exceptional management skills and previous experience leading a venue and detached bottle shops.

About us

The Fortitudo Group has a portfolio of seven hotels, along with two attached drive-thru bottle shops and twenty one detached bottle shops. About the role

This is a permanent full-time role that reports directly to the Group General Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the team culture, customer experience and the compliant operation of the hotel.

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate and deliver:

• Proven success in a previous venue management role, with at least 12 months experience
• Current RSA/RSG/RMLV/Gaming Nominee and Approved Manager's licence
• Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
• Ability to professionally lead, train and direct staff
• Enthusiastic with a passion for the industry
• An understanding that this is a "hands on" role working closely with all departments including retail
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Your drive to deliver a consistent high level of customer experience will be the key within this role. All whilst leading the team to success through a hands-on approach teaching new skills and expectations to the staff, to help build a strong hospitality team with a focus on delivering exceptional service towards our customers is aMUST.
