Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an experienced Dual Trade HVAC/Electrician to join our established commercial service team across Melbourne's large-scale sites. You will service, maintain and troubleshoot complex HVAC and electrical systems while developing leadership and management skills for future Team Leader opportunities.

Qualifications

• Dual trade qualifications in HVAC/Refrigeration and Electrical.
• Minimum 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience.
• Experience across large commercial sites.
• Proven experience with VRV/VRF systems and central plant.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional approach to customer service and site safety.
• Keen to develop leadership skills toward Team Leader role.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and electrical systems.
• Work across large commercial buildings and complex mechanical plant.
• Diagnose faults and carry out breakdown repairs.
• Maintain and service VRV/VRF systems and central plant equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance and reactive service work.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Build strong relationships with clients and site contacts.
• Take on additional team coordination and leadership responsibilities as you progress.

Looking to take the next step in your HVAC career? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Dual Trade HVAC / Electrician to join a well-established commercial service team, working across large-scale commercial sites throughout Melbourne.

With a strong pipeline of work and opportunities to progress into a Team Leader position, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on technically but is ready to develop their leadership and management skills.

The Opportunity

Working across a portfolio of large commercial sites, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting a range of complex HVAC and electrical systems. You'll join a supportive team with the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and grow into a leadership role over time.
