Job summary

Baiada is seeking a Dry Goods Leading Hand to support daily operations at the Lilydale/Steggles processing site. You will lead the Dry Goods team, allocate tasks, ensure stock is rotated and stored correctly, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

This full-time role requires a proactive, hands-on leader with warehouse or manufacturing experience, good computer skills, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills and experience with stock/admin systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a team and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the Dry Goods team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Allocating tasks and providing guidance to team members.
• Ensuring stock is available, rotated correctly, and stored in the correct locations.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock control activities.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area.
• Following company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements.
• Communicating effectively with Supervisors and other departments.
• Assisting with training, coaching, and supporting team members.
