Job summary

APG Workforce in Griffith, NSW is seeking a reliable Dry Goods Leading Hand to supervise the Dry Goods team and ensure stock readiness for daily production and operations.

You will allocate tasks, train team members, monitor stock levels and maintain a clean, safe and well-organised workspace while complying with WHS policies. This hands-on role requires strong communication and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, production, manufacturing or similar environment.
• Leading hand, team leader or supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Good computer skills and ability to use basic workplace systems.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Dry Goods team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Allocate daily tasks and provide clear instructions and guidance to team members.
• Ensure dry goods and stock are available, correctly stored and easily accessible.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area at all times.
• Follow workplace policies, procedures and WHS requirements.
