Qualifications

• Previous experience in a processing environment, ideally in a leading hand role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ideally LF Forklift licence, reach truck experience (training available).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate manufacturing tasks within the processing room
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
• Support and train team members to achieve performance goals
• Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory control
