TRG Transport Solutions in Wingfield, SA, seeks an experienced Driver Trainer to deliver training on TRG procedures, policies and safety standards. You will assess drivers, drive improvements, and support managers after incidents, ensuring induction and site compliance for new hires.

Qualifications

• Ability to consult with drivers to identify root causes and provide practical guidance
• Solutions-focused, with strong computer capability (MS Office)
• Physically fit and able to pass a Functional Capacity Evaluation and Drug & Alcohol screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in TRG procedures and policies
• Identify and recommend improvements to support performance and efficiency
• Ensure WHS policies are adhered to and promote driver safety at all times
• Support managers with education following incident investigations
• Conduct regular driver assessments to ensure compliance and professional standards
• Ensure drivers meet induction and site compliance requirements
• Conduct pre-employment assessments for potential candidates
