Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential).
• Open MC Driver’s Licence required.
• Industry tickets such as DG and LF mentioned.
• Demonstrated knowledge of load restraint practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with digital training tools and systems.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for offsite training and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assess driver competency against license and required skills.
• Provide ongoing training and support to drivers.
• Respond to enquiries from clients, customers and suppliers.
• Facilitate inductions and workplace training.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and compliance.
