Job summary

Transit Systems (QLD) in Swanbank is seeking a Full Time Driver Trainer to help shape how driver training is delivered and scaled across our operations. You’ll design frameworks, resources and progression pathways that empower our training function to grow with the business.

This role demands strong communication, meticulous organization and a collaborative approach to development. A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build training frameworks and resources.
• Experience in training in transport or related field preferred.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment required.

Transit Systems (QLD) is expanding, and we want a Driver Trainer who's ready to do more than deliver sessions - someone who'll help us build the frameworks, resources and progression pathways that our training function needs as we scale.

About You

• Confident building and improving processes, not just following them
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities
• High attention to detail
• A great team player
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
• MR or above Australian driver's license
• Driver accreditation
• A valid Working with Children Check
• Experience in the transport industry, ideally public transport/bussing
• Working knowledge of Heavy Vehicle and Passenger Transport requirements
• Minimum 3 years' previous training experience
