Job summary

Transit Systems Queensland is expanding and seeks a Driver Trainer to go beyond delivering sessions, building frameworks, resources and progression pathways for our training function as we scale.

This is a genuine chance to shape how driver training is done here, not just step into an existing process. It offers paid trainingand learning opportunities with a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment required.
• MR or above Australian driver's license.
• Driver accreditation.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Experience in the transport industry, ideally public transport/bussing.
• Knowledge of Heavy Vehicle and Passenger Transport requirements.
• Minimum 3 years' previous training experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop training frameworks, resources and progression pathways for driver training.
• Shape how driver training is delivered and scaled.
• Collaborate with operations to implement training programs.
