Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking an experienced HR Driver for our Somersby depot on a full-time basis. The role involves operating a side-lift truck, loading and unloading waste, and delivering to recycling and disposal facilities, with an early start at 4.00am.

You must hold an HR licence with at least 12 months driving experience, a clean driving record, and a proven commitment to safety and customer service. Pre-employment checks including medical, drug and alcohol testing are required, and training on

Full-Time Permanent Role - Somesby Location

$37.89 + potential overtime, RDO (optional) 4.00am Start

Must be an experienced HR Driver with 12 months experience

The Opportunity

Based out of our Somersby depot, this role involves operating a side-lift truck. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add to our team. It can be physically demanding, with an expectation that you will regularly exit the truck to move bins throughout your run.

• Side lift collection vehicle for municipal contracts
• Performing loading and unloading duties of waste
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

You are an experienced licenced HR driver

• Must have a HR LICENCE with at least 12 months experience
• Strong work background - Waste would be amazing
• Side lift experience desirable but not essential - Will train the right candidate
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing
• Must be available for an early morning start 4.00am
• Clean driving record.

• Commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team
