Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking a Rear Lift Operator for a casual role in NSW. You will drive and operate a rear lift collection vehicle, perform daily checks, and deliver loads to recycling facilities while upholding high safety and customer service standards.

You will join a high‑growth, ASX-listed organisation with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and people development. Flexible rosters across 7 days are available, with a supportive work environment and benefits.

Qualifications

• HR licence with driving experience.

• Be part of this exciting container recycling initiative!

The Opportunity:

Embrace the opportunity to join our CDS team and make a significant impact in container collection and recycling. You'll handle the crucial tasks of loading and unloading returned containers, transporting materials to recycling facilities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

This is a casual role working 2-3 days per week, 5 to 10 hours per day.

As a Rear Lift Operator you will be responsible for:

• Driving and operating a rear lift collection vehicle
• Daily prestart and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities.
• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
• Maintaining a professional image of the company and delivering high quality customer service at all times

About you:

• HR licence a must with experience
• 7-day roster across a variety of shifts - flexibility is a plus!
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Committed to safety and a team-oriented mindset
• Willing to undergo pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol testing
