Job summary

Lindsay Transport, part of the Lindsay Group, is seeking experienced local HC/MC Drivers to join the Nambour depot for pickup and delivery work. You will transport temperature-sensitive freight, loading, unloading and restraining freight, with in-cab tech usage for scanning and recording deliveries.

Qualifications

• Current HC or MC licence required.
• Proven commercial driving experience.
• Refrigerated or cold-chain experience is helpful, but not essential.
• A safe driving record (current driving history report required).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Well presented, professional and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated vehicles delivering fresh, chilled & general freight.
• Ensure freight is delivered safely, on time, and at the right temperature.
• Use in-cab tech to scan freight and record deliveries.
• Complete pre-starts and daily safety checks.
• Follow road laws and safety procedures.
• Work with loaders and depot teams to get the job done.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Operate in a safety-first environment.

What's The Role:

We're seeking experienced local HC/MC Drivers to join our team at our Nambour depot for pickup and delivery work. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading transport company, playing a key role in helping Australian businesses meet their transport needs. In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of customer goods, including the loading, unloading, and restraint of freight.
