Job summary

Lindsay Australia Ltd is seeking experienced local MC Drivers for our Gatton depot to handle pickup and delivery of refrigerated and general freight. You will ensure on-time, temperature-controlled deliveries, perform pre-starts and safety checks, and work with depot teams to meet operational needs.

You should hold a current MC license with proven driving experience, and have strong communication and customer service skills. Forklift experience is a bonus; safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid HC or MC licence required.
• Experience in refrigerated or temperature-controlled transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated vehicles to deliver freight safely and on time.
• Ensure cargo is loaded/unloaded safely and secured.
• Use in-cab tech to scan freight and record deliveries.
• Complete pre-starts and daily safety checks.
• Maintain professional customer service at all times.
• Comply with road laws and safety procedures.

We’re seeking experienced local MC Drivers to join our team at our Gatton depot for pickup and delivery work. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading transport company, playing a key role in helping Australian businesses meet their transport needs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of customer goods, including the loading, unloading, and restraint of freight.

What You’ll Do

• Drive refrigerated vehicles delivering fresh, chilled & general freight
• Ensure freight is delivered safely, on time, and at the right temperature
• Use in-cab tech to scan freight & record deliveries
• Complete pre-starts and daily safety checks
• Follow road laws and safety procedures
• Work with loaders & depot teams to get the job done
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Operate in a safety-first environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Current HC or MC licence
• Forklift Licence preferable
• Proven commercial driving experience
• Refrigerated or cold-chain experience is helpful, but not essential
• A safe driving record (current driving history report required)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Well presented, professional and reliable
