Job summary

Lindsay Australia is seeking an experienced Linehaul Driver at our Mundubbera Depot in Queensland. You’ll drive temperature-sensitive freight on a Monday–Friday roster with 2pm or 5pm starts and long shift blocks.

Qualifications

• Current and valid MC licence.
• Current Forklift Licence preferred.
• Previous commercial driving experience.
• Current BFM, preferred but not essential.
• A safe driving record; provide driving history if requested.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Strong customer focus with good communication skills.
• Well presented, professional and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Safe Always – model safe work practices and promote safety.
• Temperature sensitive freight – handle freight correctly and timely.
• Customer service – interact professionally with customers.
• Teamwork & communication – coordinate with depot teams for loading/unloading.
• Good work ethic – be reliable and supportive.
• Quality checks – complete pre-start checks and document deliveries.
• Pickup/Delivery – occasional on-route pickup as required.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Safe Always – Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.
• Temperature Sensitive Freight – working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling.
• Customer Service – Interacting with customers in a professional manner.
• Teamwork & Communication – Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight.
• Good Work Ethic – Reliable, supportive and the ability to have a go.
• Quality Checks & Control – Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery of paperwork.
• Pick up / Delivery: Occasional on route pick up required

What You’ll Bring

• Current and valid MC licence.

• Current BFM, preferred but not essential.
• A safe driving record, you will be required to provide a copy of your driving history.
