Safely operate an HC vehicle to complete daily pick-up and delivery runs
Deliver freight on time and without damage
Load, unload and secure freight
Complete daily vehicle inspections and report defects
Follow road transport legislation, fatigue management and company procedures
Complete delivery documentation and electronic records
Provide professional customer service
Maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle
Work with the operations team to deliver excellent service
Demonstrated experience in pick-up and delivery or general freight operations
Safe driving record and strong commitment to safety and compliance
Sound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and fatigue management requirements
Ability to safely load, unload and secure freight
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Confidence using electronic proof of delivery and transport system
A reliable, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
