Protecht Group seeks a Site Supervisor for a Drive in/Drive out role at Koolyanobbing, WA. You will lead a small team of 3-4 Site Operators, oversee daily site operations, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met in a hands-on leadership capacity.

The role requires Schedule 26 certification, a current HR/HC licence is highly regarded, and the ability to operate and coordinate mobile plant equipment in a remote mining environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading a small team in mining, quarrying or civil operations.
Proven ability to operate mobile plant equipment.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a small team on site.
Coordinate daily activities of mobile and civil plant equipment (dozers, loaders, excavators, rollers, water carts).
Allocate tasks and monitor productivity.
Maintain safety and environmental compliance.
Oversee washing, blending, and irrigation processes.
Communicate with management on production and maintenance requirements.
Assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting.
