Otraco WA in the BHP division is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a Tyre Technicians/Leading Hand crew. You will oversee tyre fitting and workshop maintenance on a range of CAT machines, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction on high‑volume site operations.

You will manage budgets, foster a proactive safety culture, and work with SAP/Otracom systems while maintaining strong site compliance. FIFO Perth is offered with career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years tyre fitting experience on mine sites in a supervisory or lead hand role.
• Ability to forecast and manage tyre budgets.
• Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting Heavy; AUR21916/AUR21920 is essential.
• Statutory 26 compliance appears in site requirements.
• High level SAP experience is required.
• Knowledge of Otracom is preferred.
• HR Drivers Licence is required and a forklift licence is advantageous.
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong emphasis on safety and site procedures; able to work autonomously.

• Maintain a safe and productive workforce by giving constructive feedback and safety initiatives.
• Lead by example to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and Golden Rules.
• Interact with the client at a high level to coordinate work and expectations.
• Promote a safety culture across site operations and environmental responsibilities.
• Oversee supervision of crew per shift for tyre operations on multiple heavy machines.
