Job summary

LP Drilling is seeking a motivated labourer to support daily drilling operations in Newcastle and surrounding areas. You’ll assist the driller, set up and pack down equipment, and help with site housekeeping and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn. You’ll work outdoors in varying conditions, travel to different sites as required, and contribute as part of a small team with on-the-job training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Reliable with strong work ethic and attendance.
• Willing to learn and follow directions.
• Works safely and takes pride in their work.
• Comfortable outdoors in varying conditions.
• Able to work as part of a small team.
• Able to travel/stay away when required.
• Drilling, construction, civil, mining or labouring experience would be an advantage, but drilling experience is not essential.
