Job summary

Mannion Drilling in Gunnedah NSW is seeking fit, hardworking entry level or experienced drillers offsiders to join our busy Water Bore or Exploration drilling team. This full-time role offers Mon-Fri with occasional weekend work or 9/5 roster, ongoing training, and a clear path to certification in drilling. We are a family-owned operation committed to safety and EAP support for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing.
• Mechanical knowledge is highly regarded.
• Fit and able to work outdoors in harsh climates.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driller in all aspects of drilling operations.
• Maintain drilling rigs and associated ancillary equipment.
• Perform general labouring duties as required to support the drilling crew.
• Ensure the work site is kept clean, organised, and compliant with safety protocols.
