Ranger Exploration Drilling Pty Ltd is seeking an entry-level Driller's Offsider to join our Perth-based operations on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This role is ideal for someone looking to break into mining and build a long-term career with a company dedicated to safety, training, and career progression.

You'll assist with drill rig movement, sampling, maintenance, and safety checks as part of a supportive crew. Prior mining experience helps, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are key, along

About the Role

As a Driller's Offsider, you'll be an essential part of the drilling crew and play a key role in delivering safe and productive drilling operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the movement, setup and operation of drill rigs
• Collecting, handling and recording geological samples
• Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
• Completing pre-starts, safety checks and vehicle inspections
• Supporting the Driller to achieve production targets safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Contributing to a positive team culture on site

Who We're Looking For

Experience in mining or drilling is advantageous, but not essential.

We're looking for people who bring the right attitude, work ethic and commitment to safety.
