Job summary

Epiroc Australia is seeking experienced Senior Drill Fitters to join our FIFO from Cairns to Papua New Guinea. You will work with premium equipment across surface and underground mining projects.

As part of the Product Support Technician team, you will perform repairs, rebuilds and field service, ensuring safety and high performance. The role focuses on customer support, maintenance and technical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification - Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulic
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Experience with heavy mobile plant, rebuilds or field service work
• Epiroc product or rotary blast hole drill experience highly regarded
• Great problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates
• Carry out repairs, rebuilds and maintenance on Epiroc's underground and surface mining equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and RCS faults
• Conduct both field and workshop-based repairs
• Provide high-level technical support to customers in the region
• Maintain strict safety and compliance standards
