Job summary

Myndshift Group is recruiting for Dozer Push Operators to support a large-scale open-cut operation near Glenden, Central Queensland. The role focuses on active production across multiple pits with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Immediate starts are available with a respected contractor in the Bowen Basin. Experience with CAT dozers/loaders/graders and compliance with Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and police checks are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in open-pit mining operations.
• Proven operating experience on Haul Trucks, Dozers, Loaders and/or Graders.
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical.
• Current National Police Check.
• Valid RII competencies for relevant machinery.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow site procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a production team.
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence.

Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a national mining company with a strong presence across Australia’s major resource projects. We are currently seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join the production team at a large-scale open-cut operation near Glenden, Central Queensland.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Dozer Push Operators to support production activities across multiple pits on site. This is a hands-on production role within a high-performing mining team where safety, teamwork and reliability are key.
Equipment includes:

• CAT D10 & D11 Dozers
• CAT 996 Loaders
• 24M Graders
• CAT 793 Haul Trucks

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced open-cut operators looking for immediate starts with a respected contractor in the Bowen Basin.
What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in open-pit mining operations
• Proven operating experience on Haul Trucks, Dozers, Loaders and/or Graders
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
• Current National Police Check
