Job summary

TerraCom invites applications for experienced Dozer Operators to run Cat D10T and D11T dozers at the Blair Athol Coal Mine, near Clermont, Queensland. You will contribute to large‑scale mining operations, ensuring safe, efficient dozer activity and alignment with mine plans.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a positive, proactive attitude. Employees can live locally or join a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, with a competitive salary package, six weeks of annual leave, and clear career

Qualifications

• Experience operating D10 and D11 dozers (or similar) in a mining environment.
• Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Dozer Operators to operate Cat D10T and D11T dozers across our production dozer operations at the Blair Athol Coal Mine. These roles are critical in supporting large‑scale strip mining activities and complementing our primary stripping equipment.

This position offers the flexibility to live locally or DIDO on a 7 days on / 7 days off rotating day and night shift roster. Blair Athol Coal Mine is located just 20 minutes from the family‑friendly township of Clermont in Central Queensland, within easy driving distance of Emerald and nearby coastal communities.
