Job summary

Fleck Group in Sydney is seeking a highly experienced Dozer Operator to join our civil earthmoving team on a full-time basis. You will operate D6 and D8 dozers, work with Komatsu and John Deere machines, and support excavator tasks as required across Sydney and Greater Sydney.

The ideal candidate has GPS machine control experience, a White Card, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and a proven track record in bulk earthworks, grading and safety-focused operations.

About the Opportunity

Fleck Group is seeking a highly experienced and reliable Dozer Operator to join our growing earthmoving team on a full-time basis.

This position will primarily involve operating D6 and D8 size dozers, including Komatsu and John Deere machinery, across a variety of civil construction and earthmoving projects throughout Sydney and Greater Sydney.

The successful applicant must also have excavator operating experience, as the role will involve jumping onto excavators from time to time when required.

We are looking for someone who knows their machinery, is confident using GPS machine control systems, takes pride in their work and is seeking a secure, long-term position with a growing company.
