Job summary

Fleck Group in Sydney is seeking a highly experienced Dozer Operator to join our civil earthmoving team on a full-time basis. You will operate D6 and D8 dozers, work with Komatsu and John Deere machines, and support excavator tasks as required across Sydney and Greater Sydney.

The ideal candidate has GPS machine control experience, a White Card, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and a proven track record in bulk earthworks, grading and safety-focused operations.

• Proven experience operating D6 and D8 size dozers.
• Experience operating Komatsu and John Deere dozers.
• GPS machine control experience – essential.
• Excavator operating experience – essential.
• Strong experience in bulk earthworks, detailed trimming, grading and civil construction.
• Relevant machinery competencies/tickets and a current White Card.
• Current drivers licence.
• A strong understanding of workplace safety and machinery care.
• The ability to work independently, follow site instructions and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• A reliable attitude, good work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
