Job summary

Earth Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to work across multiple Clean Fill sites in the Melbourne region. You will safely operate Dozers, complete pre-starts, and monitor material suitability while collaborating with the operations team.

You will travel between ESG sites, ensuring compliance and contributing to major civil projects. A White Card, Dozer ticket, and 2+ years of heavy machinery experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid White Card and Dozer ticket.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Dozer.
• Ability to travel between ESG sites within the north/west suburbs with travel allowance.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be tasked with:

• Safely operating a Dozer on one or multiple Clean Fill sites;
• Completing pre-start procedures in the Dozer;
• Identifying and reporting material that is inappropriate for Clean Fill sites; and
• Promptly attending to inquiries from operators and internal team members.

You will need to have:

• The ability to travel between ESG sites within the north/west suburbs (a travel allowance will be provided);
• A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card);
• A valid Dozer ticket;
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Dozer; and
• Demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or civil works environment.
