Job summary

Curtin University invites applications for a Donor Experience Coordinator to lead Curtin’s community giving program, growing donor participation and strengthening stewardship across alumni, staff and the Curtin community.

You will manage the donor journey from awareness through cultivation and stewardship, delivering multi‑channel campaigns and overseeing the university‑wide stewardship framework with the University Advancement team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies and programs across annual giving channels (direct mail, phone, online).
• Strong relationship management skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for varied audiences.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage donor data and engagement activity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for turning insights into actions.
• Excellent project management and ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage innovative community giving programs increasing participation and engagement.
• Create communication strategies and content across multiple channels and audiences.
• Leverage data and insights to inform campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement donor stewardship, recognition and retention strategies.
• Build relationships with alumni, donors, volunteers, staff and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and training to staff involved in community giving programs.
• Monitor performance, report outcomes, and advise senior leaders.
• Contribute to broader fundraising campaigns and alumni engagement activities across the University.
