Job summary

UNSW Kensington Campus in Australia is seeking a Development Project Officer to join the Development team. The role focuses on coordinating donor communications, stewardship, cultivation and engagement activities, alongside fundraising operations that strengthen donor relationships.

You will work with faculties across Law & Justice, Arts, Design & Architecture, and the Business School, reporting to the Head of Development, and supporting a broad portfolio of projects within a dynamic university

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications with experience or equivalent.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Raiser's Edge.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor communications and materials with colleagues.
• Prepare internal briefings to support donor engagement.
• Coordinate stewardship and engagement activities across portfolios.
• Support fundraising operations, CRM records, reporting.
• Independently manage assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Head of Development to maximise fundraising effectiveness.
