Job summary

UNSW Kensington Campus seeks an experienced Development Project Officer to coordinate donor communications, stewardship, and engagement activities. You will support fundraising operations and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, contributing to the overall effectiveness of UNSW's Development team.

The role partners with faculties including Law & Justice, Arts, Design & Architecture, and Business School.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience or equivalent mix.
• Exceptional written communication for proposals, reports and briefings.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Sound judgement and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor communications and materials with colleagues and staff.
• Prepare internal briefings and background materials for engagement.
• Coordinate stewardship and donor engagement across portfolios.
• Support fundraising operations, CRM records, reporting and research.
• Independently manage assigned projects to deadlines.
• Coordinate activities to maximise fundraising effectiveness.
