Job summary

Petstock Penrith is seeking a Dog Bather/Dryer to join our pet-loving team. You will bathe and brush dogs, assist grooming and help on the shop floor while providing memorable customer interactions.

You must be physically fit to lift animals up to 20kg and flexible to work weekends and public holidays. Experience in a similar environment is valued, and a relevant qualification is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pets grooming or similar environment.
• Ability to lift animals up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Bathe and brush dogs prior to grooming.
• Coordinate customer bookings in the grooming salon.
• Assist with grooming tasks and provide outstanding grooming services.
• Assist store shop floor team with customer service.
• Ensure safe handling and transfer of animals within the store.
• Work with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
