Petstock Group in Mona Vale, NSW is seeking a friendly dog groomer to join our team. You will provide full grooming services for a range of breeds, including bathing, clipping, and styling, delivering a positive customer experience.

You’ll coordinate the salon with the Store Manager, handle client bookings, and uphold high standards of safety and salon presentation. A grooming background and passion for pets are essential, with career growth opportunities across Petstock Group & Woolworths.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional dog grooming.
• Qualification in Grooming preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to maintain strong safety practices throughout the salon and store.

Responsibilities

• Provide full grooming services for a variety of breeds, including bathing, drying, nail clipping, brushing and clipping.
• Provide a positive and memorable grooming experience for all customers and their dogs.
• Coordinate the grooming salon and clients with the Store Manager.
• Make client bookings and manage salon flow.
• Assist store team with exceptional customer service and interactions.
• Maintain a high standard of salon presentation and manage stock.
• Support local marketing opportunities and referral programs.
• Work with the team to achieve and exceed grooming KPIs.
