Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture is seeking a Senior Document Controller to develop, review and maintain a broad range of operational and management-system documentation for a major defence infrastructure program.

You will lead version control, approvals and publication processes, support ISO certification and ensure compliance across multiple contracts, while collaborating with safety, quality and project teams to deliver high-quality documentation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an unsupervised Document Control/Quality Coordinator role.
• Technical competency in document control is required.
• Strong trainer with training delivery skills.
• Stakeholder communication experience required.
• Decision-making and delegation capabilities.
• Systematic, structured approach to work.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with Baseline Security Clearance eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review and maintain a broad range of operational and management-system documentation.
• Prepare and maintain safety, quality and environmental documentation.
• Produce procedures, manuals, templates and reference materials.
• Maintain version control, approvals and publication processes.
• Support reports, spreadsheets and readiness materials.
• Document operational processes, assurance findings and lessons learned.
