Job summary

The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture, a 50/50 partnership between CPB Contractors and Downer, is delivering major defence infrastructure upgrades across AWMA, RBW and BBK. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will establish document control, support project activities, and drive quality and safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an unsupervised Document Control/Quality Coordinator role.
• Technical competency or detailed understanding in document control.
• Attention to detail and strong training skills.
• Effective stakeholder communication and delegation abilities.
• Systematic approach to conducting work; Baseline Security Clearance eligibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish document control processes and maintain document registers.
• Support project activities and provide TeamBinder training and support.
• Drive quality and compliance outcomes across multiple projects.
• Promote and uphold a strong Zero Harm safety culture.
