Concentis in Townsville is seeking a proactive Document Controller / Office Coordinator to manage project documentation through the lifecycle. You will maintain document control systems, ensure accuracy, and support end-of-project handover with complete records.
You'll collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, while also handling general admin and health and safety documentation. The role offers evolution as the business grows and a practical team environment.
You will join a fast-growing commercial construction business in Townsville in an evolving Document Controller / Office Coordinator role. Your primary focus will be document control, ensuring project documentation is accurate, organised, accessible, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with project teams, management, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate documentation and support the smooth close-out of projects. A key part of your role will be collating and managing handover documentation at the end of the project cycle, ensuring records are complete and ready for final handover. You will also provide some support across health and safety administration and take initiative to identify where processes and systems can be improved.
Around 10% of your role will involve office management and general administration, providing additional support to keep the Townsville office operating effectively. This is a role that will continue to evolve as the business grows, making initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to take ownership highly valued.
