Amida Recruitment is partnering with a market-leading demolition and decommissioning contractor to appoint a Construction Manager / Divisional Manager – Demolition. You will lead projects across industrial, energy, civil and mining sectors, manage a team of PMs and engineers, oversee tenders, planning, budgets, and client relationships; travel across the East Coast.

7–15+ years’ experience and a Civil Engineering degree are required; hands-on leadership and commercial acumen are essential.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
• 7–15+ years’ management experience on mining / civil construction projects.
• Project management qualifications advantageous.
• Hands-on construction knowledge with ability to lead and delegate.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Working on tenders and business development.
• Planning and scheduling of construction activities.
• Management of site project teams.
• Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management.
• Preparation of management reports.
• Resolving site issues in a timely manner.
• Liaising with key clients and stakeholders.
