Job summary

HLB Mann Judd in Sydney, Barangaroo, is seeking a Divisional Operations Practice Manager to lead operational delivery for the Audit, Assurance & Advisory division. You will coordinate resourcing, workload planning and ensure alignment with commercial priorities while supporting Partners and Directors.

The role focuses on process improvements, technology adoption, and effective administration across a busy professional services environment.

Qualifications

Experience in operations, resource management or project delivery within a professional services environment.
Ability to balance competing priorities and support senior stakeholders in timely decisions.
Experience leading or supporting administration teams and supervising daily activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate resourcing and workload planning across the division to align with commercial priorities.
Collaborate with Partners and Directors to balance client deadlines, capacity and engagement priorities.
Provide Partners and Managers with updates on workflow timeframes, scope and budgets.
Support division projects including tech adoption, workflow improvements, offshore delivery and capability uplift.
Oversee divisional administration and day-to-day support delivered by EAs and Team Admins.
Act as central contact across the division to keep teams connected and organised.
