Job summary

Sequoyah Electric & Network Services is seeking a Division Manager to oversee construction projects, lead a diverse team, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule. You will manage profits, forecasts, and division operations while driving improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in electrical or low voltage construction PM, plus a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven leadership in electrical or low voltage construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Monitor division and project performance; manage profit and loss per corporate strategies.
• Oversee planning, development, and execution of construction projects within budget and timelines.
• Participate in project meetings; optimize manpower utilization and safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Review division budgets, oversee financial forecasting, and report project status and risks to senior management.
• Prepare quarterly and annual sales projections; develop new sales leads; coordinate with Business Development and Marketing.
