Job summary

Sequoyah Electric is seeking a Division Manager to oversee the low voltage division's construction projects from Redmond, WA. You will lead planning, budgeting, and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high-quality delivery on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 15+ years in electrical/low voltage PM, a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering, and fluency with Accubid/McCormick, Procore, Bluebeam, BuildOps and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years of leadership in electrical or low voltage construction project management.
• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong proficiency with PM software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid/McCormick.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, and execution of division projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage division budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to senior management.
• Develop and monitor quarterly/annual budgets and overhead allocations.
• Coordinate with Field Superintendents, PMs, engineers and staff for optimal manpower utilization.
