This is a substantial leadership role offering the opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, technical performance, commercial outcomes and team development. You will work closely with senior management, leading experienced project managers, supervisors, technicians and subcontractors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

We are seeking an experienced Dry Fire professional with a proven track record in the industry, a strong understanding of the commercial realities of contracting and the leadership capability to drive performance through their people. You may already be leading a Dry Fire division or be an accomplished senior Project or Operations Manager ready to take the next step. Demonstrated experience in the Dry Fire sector is essential, and applications from candidates without this specific industry background will not be considered.

Importantly, you will be someone who enjoys being part of a team, communicates openly and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.
