Job summary

Briscoe Search & Consulting is seeking an experienced Dry Fire Manager in Western Australia. The role offers leadership over the Dry Fire division, delivering projects safely, on time and to high standards.

You will lead experienced project managers, supervisors and technicians, shaping technical performance, budgets and client outcomes while developing a capable team and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a Dry Fire division or equivalent.
• Strong track record in delivering projects safely and profitably.
• Experience with fire detection, EWIS, VESDA, and suppression systems.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and liaise with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day operations and performance of the Dry Fire division.
• Managing project delivery, budgets, programmes and resources.
• Providing technical leadership across fire systems.
• Overseeing design coordination, compliance, commissioning and quality.
• Developing and mentoring a capable team with accountability.
• Maintaining relationships with clients, builders and consultants.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, productivity and profitability.
