Job summary

The role leads a multidisciplinary team, drives service delivery, ensures compliance with funding agreements, and builds strong links with government agencies and community partners.

You will oversee daily operations, budgeting, reporting, and staff development, while upholding cultural safety and values of NWQICSS, to support

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Business, Management, Community Services or related field.
• Experience leading teams in human services or community programs.
• Experience with government funding contracts and reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current Australian driver's license, Police check, Blue Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the APDC.
• Provide leadership, supervision and support to staff.
• Ensure programs operate in accordance with funding agreements and organisational policies.
• Monitor service delivery, performance outcomes and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation and operational planning.
• Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements and organisational policies.
