This temporary part-time position (0.2 FTE) commences on 28 January 2027 and concludes on 27 January 2028.

Specific Criteria

• A deep commitment to safeguarding as everyone's responsibility and prioritising child safety
• Significant Stage 3 classroom teaching experience and a commitment to evidence-informed practice
• A thorough understanding of NCCD requirements and the implementation of appropriate adjustments for students with additional learning needs
• Expertise in supporting teachers to differentiate learning to ensure students are both supported and challenged
• A strong understanding of intervention strategies and inclusive practices that improve learning outcomes
• The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families and external professionals to support student growth and wellbeing
• High levels of organisation, initiative and professionalism
• A commitment to continuous improvement and contemporary educational research
• A willingness to contribute actively to the faith life and mission of the school.
• Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4-year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four-year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.
